Thompson Atlanta-Buckhead announced Donte Johnson as general manager. Johnson has worked for over 22 years in the hospitality industry, managing properties across markets including Washington D.C., Miami, Baltimore, and Atlanta.

Shashi Hotel Mountain View announced the appointment of Justin Rodriguez as general manager. Rodriguez has been with Shashi Group since 2019, where he previously held the role of director of food and beverage.

The Sebastian–Vail has welcomed John D’Angelo as general manager. In his role, D’Angelo is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. He most recently served as general manager for Grand Hyatt Vail and Residences at Cascade Village.

Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa announced the appointment of Troy Batten as area director of food and beverage, previously executive chef for the hotel’s Spur Restaurant & Bar and Spur Catering. He will lead all aspects of service, planning, and quality for the property and more.

The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel, announced the promotion of Jason Sundberg. As director of bars and restaurants, Sundberg will oversee guest experiences in the food and beverage space for the property.

Hotel Bennett announced the appointment of Alex Hernandez as the hotel’s new director of food and beverage. Hernandez brings 20 years of experience to the hotel, having held numerous leadership roles at other properties.

Milton Segarra has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Discover the Palm Beaches, effective October 1. Segarra is succeeding Jorge Pesquera, who is retiring after 16 years.
