A native of the Bay Area, Justin has remained an asset to the Shashi Group team since July 2019, where he previously held the role of Director of Food and Beverage, managing all dining outlets of the hospitality group. In this new role, Justin will oversee the property's day-to-day operations, sales, and marketing and will continue to ensure that Shashi Hotel's top-notch guest experience prevails.
Justin has an extensive management background at some of The Bay's most discerning restaurants and prior to joining Shashi Group, he served as General Manager at Cotogna, an authentic neighborhood Italian restaurant in San Francisco. Previously, he held the role of Service Manager at San Francisco's three Michelin-starred restaurant, Quince, and General Manager of Mountain View's Michelin-starred local institution, Chez TJ, where he aided in driving profitability, guest satisfaction and facility management improvements.
Shashi Hotel Mountain View is a 200-room lifestyle hotel designed for the corporate traveler in mind, while offering remarkably elevated food and beverage options, including the Spanish and Portuguese inspired restaurant, Broma, and craft cocktail bar, The Emerald Hour, led by Michelin-starred Chef Jarad Gallagher.
